Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that on 26th November 2014 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 10,651 Ordinary Shares at prices between €11.18 and €16.58 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £11.19 and £12.9574 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,821,144 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 740,704,792.
