Liontrust, the independent fund management group, announces that in accordance with the Company's Share Buyback programme, as outlined in its announcement on 27 November 2025, that it has purchased 24,000 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 266.37 pence per Share. The purchased Shares will be cancelled.
