Penna announces that today it purchased a total of 83,000 Ordinary 5p shares in the Company at a price of 115p each.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds a total of 133,000 Ordinary 5p shares as treasury shares and has a total of 25,653,672 Ordinary 5p shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury). |
