Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 77,389 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 941.90 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,537,943 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 27,052,227

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 100,000 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 100.20 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 10,297,464 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 73,919,987.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
