Inchcape plc (the "Company") announces that on 02 January 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 82,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 625.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 617.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 463,726,537 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
