Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 19,531 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 821.70 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,063,160 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,247,559.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 24,662 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 99.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 15,234,369 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 83,236,817.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
