Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 15 November 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 120,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 615.9644 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 463,408,962 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
