On 27 December 2019, the Company bought back 517,000 Ordinary Shares and 3,005,000 C Shares in the market, at an average price of, respectively, USD 0.23 and USD 0.39 per share.
Following this share purchase, these shares will subsequently be cancelled.
From 27 December 2019 the total number of shares in the Company is 743,224,336, consisting of 305,811,860 Ordinary Shares and 437,412,476 C Shares, and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 743,224,336.
