All of these shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 41pper share. The purchased shares will be held in treasury. The Company's current totalvoting rights are now 44,793,465 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding the200,000 shares that have so far been repurchased into treasury).
