Transaction in Own Shares

MAVEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT 4 PLC

On 31 March 2010 Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 23,575 of its own Ordinary shares at 63.0p per share and 10,000 of its S Ordinary shares at 71p per share.

Following this transaction and the issue of shares in relation to the Maven Linked VCT Offer, the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 8,451,620 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 4,962,459 S Ordinary shares of 10p each. The number of voting shares in the company is therefore 13,414,079 ordinary shares.
