Transaction in own shares

bwin.party announces that on 20 September 2011 it purchased, through Numis Securities Limited, 258,500 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 127.39 pence per share. The highest price paid was 128.7 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 126.2 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 2,563,100 shares for cancellation, since 6 September 2011 when the buy-back programme commenced. The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 850,346,171 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 846,225,862 (total number of shares in issue minus 4,120,309 shares held by the employee benefit trust in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
