The Company announces that on 05 March 2026 it has purchased a total of 82,447 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through UBS AG London Branch ("UBS") as detailed below:

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 357,935,922 ordinary shares.

Since 3 March 2026, the Company has purchased 272,314 shares at a cost of £2,190,907.98.
