Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 300,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 223.00p, the lowest price paid was 216.60p and the average price paid was 219.902p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 1,472,697 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,153,054,928 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
