The Company announces that on 5th November 2021 it made a market purchase of 22,000 of its own Ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). The shares were bought at 748.6082p per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.
Following this purchase, there are 41,176,348 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and 207,469 Ordinary shares held in treasury.
