The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 23rd November 2010 at a price of 662.04p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 14,391,961 shares in Treasury and has 613,085,734 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
