The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that on 10 September 2010 the Company purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 81.00 pence per share to be held in Treasury.
Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 74,730,194 shares of which 7,553,906 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in Baronsmead VCT 2 plc is 67,176,288 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
