Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser plc ("the Company") announces that, on 9 February 2007 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Executive Share Option Scheme:

4,500 ordinary shares at ‚£8.819 per share

1,130 ordinary shares at ‚£9.00 per share

9,000 ordinary shares at ‚£9.504 per share

16,500 ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share

Following the above transfers of treasury shares, the Company holds 3,132,425 ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 717,117,679.
