Purchase of own securities

On 30 October 2007, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, 60,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 2796.43 pence per ordinary share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the Company has:

1. 8,842,860 shares held as treasury shares ; and

2. 713,525,652 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
