Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 730,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 181.40p, the lowest price paid was 178.10p and the average price paid was 180.0267p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 54,947,833 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,099,579,792 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
