Transaction in own shares

St Ives plc announces that, on 7 April 2014, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 75,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 207.0 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 119,074 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 122,735,676 ordinary shares of 10p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.061% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase.
