On 30 May 2013, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from HSBC Bank plc,156,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of £47.91142647 per ordinaryshare. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, theCompany has:

1. 17,655,391 shares held as treasury shares; and

2. 718,879,788 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
