Transaction in Own Shares

Rapid Realisations Fund Limited (AIM: RRF), today announces that on 30 May 2008 it purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at price of 93p.

As a result of this transaction, the Company holds 155,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 59,845,000 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury).
