Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 9 August 2024 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 68,786 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3559.05p pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 54,083,443 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
