REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has today purchased into Treasury 34,144 Ordinary shares at 406.159 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 6,006,989 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 151,467,942.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
