Herzeliya, Israel, 28 May 2013: Emblaze announces that in accordance with theshare repurchase programme announced on 19 March 2013, it purchased andtransferred into treasury 15,000 of its own shares on 24 May 2013 at a price of49.33 pence per share.

Including shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company nowholds 30,060,148 of its shares in treasury.

The number of shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is now110,518,006.
