Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 427,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 230.00p, the lowest price paid was 225.40p and the average price paid was 226.919p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 6,335,132 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,148,192,493 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
