SHARE BUYBACK
BBA Aviation plc, announces that it purchased 142,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 16 December 2014 at a price of 337.2007 pence per ordinary share. These shares will all be held in treasury. The purchase was conducted in accordance with the authority given by shareholders at the AGM conducted on the 07 May 2014.
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the share buyback, the total number of ordinary shares in issue as at the date of this notice is 481,384,157, with 12,432,084 shares held in treasury.
Therefore the figure of 468,952,073 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
