Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 53,429 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 101.18 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 15,109,707 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 83,821,417.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
