The price per share at which the Company purchased 80,000 shares has been amended to 77 pence per share.

The Company announces that on 13 June 2012 it purchased for cancellation 80,000 ordinary shares at 77 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, the Company has 128,745,726 ordinary shares in issue.
