The number of shares purchased for cancellation was 325,000, not 350,000 as originally stated

Compass Group PLC announces that on 23 August 2012 it purchased for cancellation 325,000 ordinary shares at a price of 709.9600 pence per share through Morgan Stanley Securities Limited.
