This announcement replaces that released at 9.05am under RNS number 7179D. The earlier announcement stated that 10,000 units of loan stock had been purchased for cancellation but in fact 10,000 Ordinary shares had been purchased for cancellation

The Company announces that on 25 March 2011, it purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at a price of 1080p each.
Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 14,047,252 ordinary shares with voting rights
The above figures (14,047,252 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
