Transaction in Own Shares – REPLACEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

The following announcement replaces the “Transaction in Own Shares” announcement released on 04 October 2017 at 17:29:
On 04 October 2017 the Company purchased the following amount of shares:
35,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company designated as Sterling shares (“Sterling Shares”) at a price of GBP 13.412857 per Sterling Share.These shares will be held as treasury shares.
The total number of treasury shares, number of shares in issue less shares held in treasury and total number of voting rights remains as previously announced. As a way of confirmation the total number of shares in issue in each share class of the Company will be as follows:
