Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 15 April 2015 it purchased for cancellation 239,600 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 364.06 pence per such ordinary share.
