Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 380,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 228.20p, the lowest price paid was 224.50p and the average price paid was 225.5283p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 15,429,764 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,139,097,861 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
