Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 75,113 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 721.06 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,672,583 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 34,124,706.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 88,747 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 106.20 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,684,126 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 72,316,134.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
