SThree plc announces that on 3 September 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 195.45 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 197.25 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 194.25 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 125,529,422 ordinary shares of 1p each.
