Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 528,245 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 230.00p, the lowest price paid was 226.80p and the average price paid was 228.2116p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 8,675,854 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,145,851,771 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
