ARM Holdings PLC23 November 2007 ARM Holdings plc (the 'Company') Transaction in Own Shares The Company announces that on 23 November 2007 it purchased 1,250,000 of itsordinary shares through UBS Investment Bank at a price of 126.3892 pence pershare. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 48,003,405 ordinary shares astreasury shares.
