RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that on 11th July 2012, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 6,492 Ordinary Shares at prices of €11.18 and £11.36 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 8,385,573 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 722,165,701.
