REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 145,327 Ordinary shares at 463.5351 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 10,646,476 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 146,828,455.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
