Transaction in Own Shares

Sepura plc (the "Company") announces that it has today transferred from treasury 617,088 of its ordinary shares of £0.0005 each ("Shares") for the purpose of satisfying awards under the Company's 2009 Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave Scheme"). The exercise price under the Sharesave Scheme was 31 pence per Share;

Following the above transaction, there are 257,744 Shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 137,060,836 Shares excluding treasury Shares. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, Sepura under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
