Ocean Outdoor Limited (LSE: OOUT), ("Ocean Outdoor", "Ocean", or "the Company") a leading operator of premium Digital Out-of-Home ("DOOH") advertising in the United Kingdom, announces that on 29 March 2019 it purchased for Treasury the following number of its ordinary shares ("Shares") pursuant to its US$25 million share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 21 March 2019:

Following the purchase of these Shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 53,856,496 (excluding Treasury shares), and the company will hold 64,348 shares in Treasury.
