Market Purchase by the Company of its own Shares

Notification is given that, pursuant to the authority granted at the General Meeting of the Company held on 4 March 2026 to make market purchases of the Company's own ordinary shares up to a maximum of 14.99%, a market purchase of 25,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 889.0776p per share was made on 5 March 2026. The purchased shares will be held in Treasury.

Following the above purchase, the Company's issued ordinary share capital continues to be 74,385,131 ordinary shares of 25p each, of which 17,299,663 shares are held in Treasury and have no voting rights.

Holders of the Company's ordinary shares are entitled to one vote for every share held. As Treasury shares have no voting rights, the total number of voting rights is 57,085,468. There are also 4,257 preference stock units in issue, which do not carry voting rights.
