Transaction in Own Shares
Kiotech announces that on 26 January 2011 it purchased in the market 235,000 of its own ordinary shares of 23p each, these shares to be held in treasury.
Following this purchase, the Company holds 235,000 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 18,064,952.
