Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 11 November 2016, it purchased 12,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at a price of 2384p each.

Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 14,426,020 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure (14,426,020 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
