STS Global Income & Growth Trust plc (the "Company") today purchased 95,000 of its own Ordinary shares at an average price of 245.6316 pence per share, to be held in Treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

Total issued share capital: 175,188,185

Shares held in Treasury (with no voting rights): 56,132,770

Total voting rights: 119,055,415

The total voting rights figure of 119,055,415 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
