Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 17,716 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 86.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 16,156,800 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 82,338,595.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
