The Company has today purchased 98,742 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 81.15 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 15,702,768 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 82,768,418

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
