JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc purchased 8,167 ordinary shares into Treasury at 861.5412 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 26,309,419 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 73,164,432. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
