Transaction in the Company's own shares

The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 27 March 2013 it purchased203,530 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of at 97.5 pence pershare and 114,220 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 98 penceper share for cancellation.

Following these purchases, the Company now has 47,664,470 Ordinary Shares of1 pence in issue.
